I want to say a huge thank you to the team for their great service! I had a minor concern with my brakes, and they immediately took care of it. They had me come in for a service check and assured me that everything was safe and good to go, which gave me great peace of mind. We dropped off our 2022 VW Taos for a check engine light. Michael in service was our advisor. The service dept is staffed with a friendly and professional staff. Everyone was helpful. We left our car overnight and we received a text telling us it was ready for pick up along with a detailed copy of what was wrong. They had completed a recall for a software update to rectify the warning light. We were very happy with the smoothness of the entire process. We can highly recommend VW of Fort Myers service dept!
