The little things add up. Almost every single chair had some kind of flaking going on in the lobby area and the waiting area, I did not look in the offices. Every single lounge style chair in the waiting area looked pretty bad and left flakes on your clothes. Some worse than my pictures some better but almost all flaking. I was almost going to forgive this if the price of my oil change was on the lower end, but it wasn't. Definitely seemed on the higher end of pricing, nothing outrageous though. They also had a leak in the roof/ceiling that I'm guessing has been a problem for a while given the tile is about to fall out, this was in the main lobby. Coffee tasted very burned, I'm not sure if they can adjust the brew temp but I would definitely check it/test it because I believe it's too high

The service we received from Volunteer Chevrolet was fantastic. Worst service department. I had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks to replace a part. I was first appointment but they kept putting mine behind everyone else. The service guy said he had a tech quit. Ok so if I am there first should you not service me first? Especially since I had the first appointment. Three hours later I left because they haven't even touched my vehicle. I seriously regret buying my truck here. I will never be back. Gary has a lot of straightening up to do here..... Not that this has anything to do with service but the waiting area looks like they pulled the furniture out of a dumpster. It just says a lot of what you are going to get here. There are plenty of other dealerships around that appreciate your business and to me thats worth a little extra drive.

I was in town visiting family over the holidays and had a suspension issue on my Suburban making it unsafe to drive. Nick and the service department were extremely easy to work with and went out of their way to make sure they got the Suburban looked at and repaired quickly so that my trip wasn't impacted. I know that I will be returning to their service department on future trips if the need arises.

Had a scheduled service to fix a problem with placing the Traverse in park and also a Stabilitrak warning light on the dash when sitting in traffic. I was explained in advance about the timeline to fix all of this. While sitting in the waiting room, the service desk tech visited with me a number of times with explanations and pricing of what was going on with my vehicle. Although the Traverse is 6-1/2 years old and has given us no issues, the service tech made clear what needed to be replaced and gave the option to us to either accept the repairs or move on without them. I found this very assuring and went ahead with all repairs.
