Volvo Cars Pioneer Valley Service Center

This was my first time for service at Volvo Cars Pioneer Valley. I couldn't be happier. My Volvo went in for a service that the dealer I purchased it from forgot to do- so I did not even purchase my car from them- and they were SO helpful. From scheduling to completing the repair. Nicole was an absolute GEM to deal with. She was communicative, understanding, and helpful. Overall- it was painless, and actually enjoyable. THANK YOU!

Getting an appointment was impossible. You would think they didn't want my business. The website kept crashing. The chat function worked but could only take a message. The service manager emailed to let me know she had received the message and would get back to me ASAP. Never heard from her again, even after I replied to her email. After 20 days of trying to get an appointment using Volvo technology I finally gave up and just called. The service was good. Professional. Well handled. Nicole, the service rep, was on top of things. I really appreciate the video they sent. The reason I much prefer service at this dealer is that they offer Volvo valet, which is a wonderful time saver. My experience at Pioneer Valley Volvo was a pleasant event. I was greeted by Nicole who explained procedures and frequently updated me on progress. As parts had to be ordered, my return visit was equally rewarding. Nicole met me and followed up frequently with progress. All of the employees that I met went out of their way to make my dog and myself comfortable. A truly friendly atmosphere.

I would like to start by saying I was in fear of how much the repairs I needed may cost. From step a-z the service dept at Volvo cars pioneer valley was there. Made the process so much easier then I anticipated,and kept me informed on everything before moving forward with any repairs. Great experience dealing with this service dept and will continue to bring my vehicle in for maintenance. Thank you

My overall experience at the Volvo Service Center is good. I appreciate the attention when I’m there and the video of the work being done on the car, with explanations of what needs to be done and why. I’ve been frustrated with having questions responded to in a timely manner when I’m not physically present at the dealership.
