Just would like to thank Chris for all of his help. He has been an amazing person to deal every time my car needs service. Always straight forward and professional. Chris has help me from a leaky sunroof, tires and the list continues. Thank you Chris for your professionalism.
Seriously needs to get their systems linked. I should be able to schedule an appointment based on what works for my schedule and not get a call an hour later saying “sorry but you need to come on a completely different day at a completely different time than you scheduled for online. We’ve been complaining to management but they haven’t done anything” is outrageous. This is now the 4th time this has happened and I’ve owned this car for 2 and a half years. This long of the system being like this is extremely unprofessional.
