Walmart Auto Care Center

If I could zero them out, I would. I bought tires online and had them shipped to the store and set my appointment time for install. 1 hour and 15 minutes after my appointment, they still had not started any work on my truck. I was frustrated because I traveled to Alexandria based on my appointment time and my lack of flexibility with my work schedule. The technician was not empathetic at all. Not even an apology. I had no more time I could invest so I asked for my money back. He said I needed to do that online. No refund! The online staff said since I had the tires delivered to the store, I needed to get my refund from them. No return calls after 5 attempts. I talked to an online order specialist at Alex Walmart. She said the return would happen when the tires return to the warehouse. 2

I've been there for tires and oil changes for both of our vehicles! They do great work even when they are understaffed. Good job y'all!

Called to see if they had an appointment to patch or replace a tire, and was told they had no appointments. Being a Sunday, that was understandable, but after stating we were 150 miles from home, had a flat, and asked if they possibly had any recommendations of other shops that may be open (we are not from the area), they laughed, made a comment, and hung up. Not a Walmart shopper for many reasons, but under the circumstances, was willing to give Walmart another chance. They again confirmed my feelings regarding Walmart, and will continue to avoid whenever possible.

Went there to get my tire looked at they told me they didn't have time worst auto care center ever

1 quart short with oil change. Apparently Walmart only fills 5 quarts and we have to put the sixth quart in ourselves. Never again.
