Walmart Auto Care Center

For me, it is the worst service I have received in all my years as a driver. (Recommendation: If you need to change a tire at this place, it's better to buy the tire elsewhere and go to a different place to have it installed to avoid a bad experience.) I call at approximately 7:30 am and ask if they were accepted without an appointment to change a tire and they tell me YES. I arrived at 8:30 am. I have waited more than 4 hours... and by then they still have not touched my car. I think it is disrespectful to the time of one who makes someone wait so long and not better to tell them to make an appointment so that they can be treated. I would have understood to wait 2 hours but more than 4 hours is ridiculous. While I was waiting, I was watching as the dates are being deleted on a blackboar

Just 2 vehicles in line to change Tires ( left lane ) and to the right is a lane to do oil change and lane was empty. No cars inside the shop doing oil change, the lady came outside and asked me if we have any appointment ( I said no ). And she said well, no appointment no service. The other guy moved the cones and was ready to do a service , but she said NO. She has no appointment. I think probably people that do online appointments doesn’t have a time to show up. I didn’t request an express service , even ask that probably I can comeback later, and says no . Without appointment the estimate time was about 6 hours. 🤦🏻‍♀️ today is my only day off and will continue on the road to another state.

I had an 11:00 a.m. appointment to get new tires installed that I bought online at their website. I arrived at 11:45 and team leader Mike went out to greet me and get things rolling. At 11:45 the new tires were installed and they look great. I am now headed to get the wheels aligned because unfortunately the auto care center does not do wheel alignments. Overall I am very happy with the tire buying experience and also with the professionalism of the Auto Care folks at this Walmart.

I got fantastic prices on four tires for Ford Escape SE! I had them shipped to store, made an appointment, and they did the best work! They balanced my tires to perfection. My Escape drives so much better, especially on freeway. Friendly, helpful, and informed.

I made an appointment a week ago because the "tech" over the phone said they were booked. We discussed the price of three tires vaguely before making the appointment. He said I will receive an estimate when I get there. I arrived promptly at my appointment time on 09/25/2025. The person working the auto care line doesn't know how to pull up my order number, the one Walmart gave me a week ago. Then he proceeds to tell me that if I don't pull my car up within 15 minutes, so the other "tech" can help me, they will automatically cancel my appointment. I pull my car up, and the "other tech" pulls up my order from the SAME SYSTEM!!! I learned that the original "tech" that I talked to put me down for 4 tires and not the 3 that was discussed.
