I was here late afternoon on a Sunday in an emergency rush to replace my tires before a long road trip - one of the tires had a huge bulge in it that I noticed right before I was supposed to leave. I know the staff were incredibly busy (and frankly, dealing with some rude customers) but they were very kind and professional and explained the issues with my tires and the replacement options very clearly to me. Several other places couldn’t fit me in - I was surprised they even took my car on - but they got me back on the road, and I really really appreciate it!

Took 2.5 hours to get an oil change and complimentary services done. It’s probably worth it to get it done elsewhere

Scheduled an appointment for my 2017 F-150 for an oil change. They pulled it in and about 10 minutes later they told me they couldn't do the oil change because the OEM drain plug was plastic. That is the factory standard drain plug, nothing special. However, they said if I go to auto zone and purchase a $40 metal drain plug, they would do the service. I said no way, bought my oil and filter and drove home. 15 minutes after I returned home, oil change was done and saved $20. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Setup appt over phone (man on phone was very friendly, but then showed up at appointment time to see a sign that everyone is out to lunch due to short staff. I get staffing problems, but have the basic common courtesy to text or call to say I’ll need to come in earlier or later
