Walmart Auto Care Center

The work is good, specifically an oil change, which is also reasonable as far as price goes. However, the guy at the counter was super rude and I could hardly understand anything he said. On top of that, I was supposed to get a text notifying me when they were done, but I most certainly did not.

Did online schedule to mount 2 tires 4 days prior, received a phone call 45 minutes before my appointment schedule and was told they sent the mechanics home because there wasn't enough work and my appointment was canceled

4 hours and still waiting for a tire was told no appointments but had soMEone came iNThat got priority because he had an appointment....I WILL NEVER EVER USE WAL MART AGAIN.....COULDNT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND HAD A 5 HOUR WAIT FOR A TIRE...RIDICULOUS

Had tire change done and was told it could take a couple of hours. My car was taken in within an hour but then it took then 2 hours to change the tires with a total wait time of 3 hours. I had the nerve to check my lug nuts before I left because I noticed then not titen them down properly. I also felt the nerve to check my tire pressure once I got home and all 4 tires were at different amounts. Two of them were almost 5 pounds over what they should have been. Do not recommend getting any service done.

Absolutely horrible place to get tires changed and oil changes. Spend the extra money to get it done professionally. Dudes almost crashed my honda accord after installing 2 tires and didn't even rotate them which I got charged for (I later got a refund.) all caught on dashcam. About a year later I bring my buddy's 91 accord for some new tires. we waited outside as they drove the car like a maniac and revved it constantly. I later took my mom's Ford in for a oil change. They kept trying to up sale me with different oil change packages and put the wrong oil in her car.
