Walmart Auto Care Center

I had an excellent experience at this auto center. My family was passing through moving across the country and we got a flat tire. The associate Tim was very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient in getting us a new tire quickly to get us back on the road. We also appreciated the hospitality from the associates, everyone was very polite and warm to us.

This Walmart garage is the only Walmart in the country that the employees can pick and choose what jobs they want to do. I needed two tires they refused to do the job because the lug nuts was swollen... Duha that's part of the trade, then they refused to change a battery because it was underneath the seat... Duha, it's part of the trade. If you don't want to be part of the trade and do the job properly then go find somewhere else to work. Because people like me and millions of other people need places like Walmart to buy tires and have batteries installed in their vehicles, and not have our services refused because oh it's a little challenging. Walmart needs to do better in higher better employees that actually want to work and not refuse jobs that are part of their trade and within the sc

Took my car in for an oil change. Got it back with the Hood handle damaged. My hood would not close for the next morning. They claimed it was like that before they took it in. It was not! Didn’t do anything to fix it when I took it back in. Would not recommend going here.

DO NOT EVER take your car to this Walmart!!!!!!! Me and my fiance took our car to get a tire replaced not only did it take them over two hrs to get the tire replaced but they had no idea they were even supposed to be working on the tire. At the same time a older woman was in there for a battery replacement. I believe they mixed up the paper work or did something to my car because when I got it back from them it would not start it had never done that before it drove great never any problems and they give it back to me not running. I informed them of the problem and they sent a technician to jump start our car in the parking lot and it started. When I called to talk with the technician supervisor she was so rude she tried to talk to me like I was an idiot or something. So now I have to spend

They did good on my car and they were efficient with time. However, the cashier Lewis was not friendly at all and made me feel awkward when we were doing the transaction. He my need some customer service skills.
