Walmart Auto Care Center

Auto Center at this location has been bad for the 4 years I have lived here. We have made appointments for oil changes and they cancel them for unknown reasons. And then times go to make appointments and they say it is by walk-in only. They cannot make up their minds. Ordered tires from Walmart.com over $1200, delivered to the Auto center for pickup, and they could not even mount them when they arrived. Had to spend almost another $300 at a local tire place. Definitely not professional for service.

Scheduled appointment to fix a tire with manufacturing defect. They said it would be 1.5 hours so I told them I was going shopping. They said they would call when they were ready for me. I didn't get a phone call. I came back and they told me they cancelled my appointment because I didn't leave a key. They never told me to leave a key. I had my tickets and they said I had to go to the back of the line. They wouldn't bump me up since I was already waiting and it was completely their wrong. Hopefully they will replace my week old tire that has a slow leak on the seam that I bought from them.

Took 3 hours for them to be able to check a battery. They had to set up appointment to get battery replaced which was scheduled for 5 then pushed back to 530 and finally got done at 610. Ridiculous

Being generous at 2 stars here bc this is my first time having issues. And I mean multiple issues now. I came by last night at 5 for an oil change and there was one car in the back getting air in the tires.. the man at the counter sighed and rolled his eyes that I asked for an oil change. Told me they didn't have time and I could make an appoinment for tomorrow. I made an appoinment and showed up 5 minutes early and they now have lots of cars here and I've been waiting 30 minutes and my car hasn't been taken in yet. This is a joke. Will never be coming here again after years of loyalty

Ordered factory size tires for my 22 year old car and had them delivered to the store. Brought down the wheels to have the tires changed out and was told that they are too low profile to install the factory size tires on factory size wheels. Not the first time I've had horrible service from these guys, but it will be the last. If it's a slight inconvenience for them, they suddenly don't do the work.
