Walmart Auto Care Center

This Walmart Auto center is top notch! I was greeted with a smile by James B. He listened to my concern about my two back tires that needed spin balancing. James was professional and courteous. James kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. James went above and beyond to help with my issue and to keep me safe. I definitely will use this auto center again.

I made an appointment and was there early. I has spoken to a Auto Center representative prior and told him I had new tires and new wheels. He says 'No problem'. So I made an appointment. I get there and it seemed like the person there did not want to work. Kept asking me all kinds of questions about size and I told them They are exact manufacturer spec. Then they ask "Do the tires have tags/labels?' I said No, I remove them when they arrived at my house. 'OH we cannot mount them if they do not have labels'. Kept saying it's a liability issue. They even said they could see the tires were new never mounted. I will NEVER go here again. I wasted an hour and a half of my time with this. Horrible service.

Spoke to a Johnny on the phone about getting tires for my jeep. Gave him the size year and model and made an appt. When I got there he refused to put the tire on because they were 235 instead of 225. (10mm difference) He was rude the whole time and had an attitude. I’d go elsewhere.

The worst customer experience I've ever had. I took my car in for a oil change and they put the wrong oil in. The amount of disrespect I have gotten from these mechanics is unbelievable. When I confronted them I received nothing but attitude, they claim I was to blame and I was wrong. The sticker they put up on my window even has the wrong oil on it. Save yourself some time and money and go to a different shop for your needs. Mavis is twice as better for the price, they are in the same shopping center. I will never be going back here. There is a reason why they offer quick service as other shops are jammed packed with business.

ordered tires online and shipped to store. Set appointment and showed up to find that they can't mount tires on a dually. Not sure how dually tires differ from any other truck they can put the same tire on. The store agreed to hold them for me until I found a place that could mount them. When I returned 6 days later, they had processed a return and expected me to repurchase them. Needless to say, my days of purchasing anything at Wal-Mart are done. Just let this serve as a reminder that you truly do get what you pay for. Discount prices = discount service
