Do not get your tires done here . On Friday I had an appointment set for 11:00 am to get 4 new tires installed that I purchased myself from Walmart .com. An hour passes since checking in and a desk clerk told me that the tires were delivered warped and it seemed like they had a rope tied around them too tight . I said they did and I had to cut them upon delivery to move them ; but they were tied super tight , so makes sense. She said they were just waiting for the head manager in the shop to come in and they will go from there . Another half hour goes by, I hear nothing so I go searching. The manager himself told me they put one tire on and it wasn’t leaking so they went ahead and are putting all the tires on. Nobody even made sure that’s okay with me. I paid for 4 brand new tires , not 4

I wish you success if you go in for anything other than having new 🆕 tires installed. The staff are not allowed to book 📖 appointments for any other services. Trying to get an oil 🛢️ change and my 🛞 tires rotated took multiple tries. I was in the area for the last few days and it was frustrating. The staff were polite. They are understaffed. I wished they didn't drop my wheel covers on the ground. They can chip. The inability to schedule an appointment makes it difficult to utilize the automotive services that they sell. Update: October 2023; You can now book oil changes online. It is still difficult to get service for your tires. I was told that they don't do tire repairs. You will have to try Portsmouth, Seabrook or Hooksett. They have a nicer waiting room than Portsmouth. Update: June 2

Don’t waste your time getting tires done here. The price is appealing but unless it’s an easy install they will decline the service. Had an appointment at 10 they told me at 1050 they couldn’t do it because of stuck valve caps. A waste of my time. You’re better off scheduling something with tire warehouse if you want the work done.

I got four new tires and the hub cap fell off within my 8 Mile trip home and my tire light came on and it wasn’t on when I brought it in! So, I went today and explained what happened and they got the manager and he couldn’t have been nicer, couldn’t have been more helpful! And fixed me right up and promised to replace the hub cap! I am more than pleased to say the least! Customer service seems to be lacking huge a lot of places! Wanted to put this out there for I will definitely go back

The entire experience was seamless. Ordered tires and scheduled the service appointment online. I showed up and they started the work right away and were done in the time they told me. Prices were reasonable and I love my new tires!
