Walmart Auto Care Center

I had windshield wipers installed on Saturday and one snapped off. I showed them and they got me right in. I think i was in and out in less than 10 min. I get my oil changed, tires installed. They work quickly and are friendly and professional. I will always be a Walmart customer.

Bought new tires from here. Walmart put lug nuts on with an impact drill. 2 months later before I could have new struts put on my car after many unsuccessful attempts to get loosen the lug nuts. Best One Tire gladly unloosened 3 lugs nuts for 90.00.

NEVER RETURNING! The 2 male customer service reps at the desk were very kind and helpful assisting me with purchasing 4 new tires. Everything went great until they text me that my car was ready for pick up. I arrive and my driver side, front tire is lower than the other 3 tires. Two reps came outside and acknowledged that it looked lower and will review. Upon review, they "found nothing wrong" and the team lead Steven and Automotive coach April refused to put on a new tire because of "the brand and weight distribution and they would be at a loss of money because they cannot resell the tire they provided me." So my family's safety and satisfaction for 1 tire to be replaced was not worth the financial loss for them. The service agent who took the car back in to review it said it looks lower,

I will never do business with them again. I took my car to get the oil changed. They told me valvoline destroyed my oil plug, to go get a new one and come back. I went to valvoline to see what was going on. Valvoline said they don't touch the oil plug and that Walmart was lieing. I wasn't sure who was lieing, so I had a family member that is knowledgeable check it out. They checked it out and said there wasn't anything wrong with my oil plug.

I was passing through (about an hour out of town) and went through the construction work about a mile from Henderson Walmart. I got two flat tires in the construction zone and took my vehicle here because I had newly purchased tires (this year) that I bought at a different Walmart with road hazard. Long story short… I was told that my brand new tire warranty was not valid since my tires had a “slash” in them and I had to pay full price. Not only that but after sitting in their waiting room waiting for my car to be fixed for 6 hours, they told me that they forgot to let me know that they did not have any tires in stock to fit my vehicle and that they were closing and I needed to have someone pick me up.
