Lost our key. Then the one who put it in someone car which he should have put it in packet behind counter... start to not be a professional and tried to argue his case. The OTHER STAFF WAS AWESOME 👌🏾 they even went and looked for the key leaving their own jobs. Talked to Store Manager at time.....we are in DC right now due to a brother death but will follow up on this
This team was excellent in getting the work done on my oil change and they even gave me "a few pointers" on how to repair my purple mountain bike which was very kind. The manager Michael is a very down-to-earth and talented mechanic that Wal-Mart should be thrilled to have on staff and Steven (originally from NJ) was a gentleman and got right to work on my vehicle, I was in and out.
I've been going to Walmart for oil changes tires and batteries for over 20 years and I've never had a problem they stand behind most of their products especially when it comes to tires I have bought a brand new set and unfortunately one of the sidewalls let go I brought it back and they gave me a brand new tire considering it wasn't even a week old other than that I've had no problems and I still have the same ties today and they are still just like new
I had an appointment to change my car tire, which is dangerously close to blowing out, and I couldn't be let in the garage, nor was I given a sub total for the cost of the tire and service. I was not told to do anything but pull up to the door on bay 3, and wait for service.... I had an appointment, and the doors were closed. If the team were ready, my appointment wouldn't have cancelled like it did, and I wouldn't have to wait a FULL WEEK just to go through this again. first impressions are important, and the auto shop has made little efforts to actually remedy the situation. Just asked why I don't want to get my tire changed here anymore.
I got my batteries here.My tires here.I even bought my sister out there to get Her.A battery.Mike is an amazing employee.He goes over and beyond to help all customers
