Walmart Auto Care Center

I've ordered and made appointments 2 times in the past 3 months for two different vehicles 1st time ordered 4 tires for my suv check in was good they told me 2 hours came back in 3 hours and they told me they couldn't get the wheel studs out . Never called or anything waisted half a day for nothing. I went to another shop and they replaced all 4 in 30minutes wheel studs came right out no problem. They actually said 2 were only finger tight. Second time was yesterday I have a f250 at check in the guy says "I gonna hate you later" then goes and checks my tire size and what i ordered comes back after 30 minutes and tells me that there backed up and won't be able to get it done for 5 hours. Why make appointments if they can't keep them? I went elsewhere where and got them done in a hour

I️ called the Auto Repair Center last minute after having a horrible experience at another repair center. I️ was extremely upset with the experience I had just had and was a little frantic. Matt was extremely reassuring and told me to come right in even with no appointment. I️ got there just before closing and Lexie and McCoy took their time to listen as I️ explained the situation I️ was having, which ultimately came down to needing a new tire. They quoted me $175 for the new tire including taxes and fees after I️ had been quoted a minimum of $300 (before taxes and fees) at the other shop. Upon examining my tire, they realized that I️ never needed a new tire in the first place and they could easily repair my tire for $18.00! Horrible management, customer service canceled tire order and lies about correcting price on new order. Scraping the bottom of the barrel with management. Ben needs to know how to talk to customers.

Went in for new battery. No appointment. Have to say Eric was Extremely helpful. Double checking walking out to my vehicle to verify correct battery. Despite being short staffed “ we can squeeze you in getting this done in about 30 minutes “. I think it was done 15-20. Walmart what ever you are paying Eric it is not enough compared to the personal professional service he brings to the company. Nice job!!

Said they were running behind, ok np I get it. Said they would text when they started work on vehicle, and text again when finished. Never received any text. Ended up scanning barcode they gave me to find out 2 hrs later my car was being serviced and another 1/2 hr later to find out it was finished. No call no text at all throughout the process. If I hadn't have looked online and scanned the bar code who knows how long I would have waited. A noon appt that was supposed to take an hour turned into me picking up my car 3+ hrs later. I was getting tires and because walmart doesn't do alignments I had an appointment scheduled right after to get alignment done. Thankfully and gracefully the place doing the alignment knows that walmart is inept and they fitted me in to their schedule to get my
