Walmart Auto Care Center

About 2 or 3 weeks ago I took my car in for an oil change on a Saturday. The following Monday morning I left at about 4:00 in the morning and noticed my engine splash guard was in my backseat and nobody told me it had been broken or taken off. I called Walmart and they said they would take care of it they would buy new bolts if needed just bring it by and we will take care of it so the following Saturday I was back in town took my car in and they put one single bolt back in and zip tied it in two separate places that was their idea of fixing it I will never take a single vehicle I own back to Walmart ever again

I came on an emergency to get 1 tire I live almost an hour away! The REFUSED to help me because I have an all wheel drive Subaru! I have my disabled son with me! “It goes against policy” they said. I asked so you telling me that you won’t help us and it’s freezing so in return your leaving me and my disabled son in the freezing colds weather? I asked. All the manager said I was I twisting his words! I said no! I’m stating what you won’t! I don’t think I’ll come back to this Walmart EVER AGAIN!

I give them no stars they make you give a star to tell how horrible they are... They had nobody there and nobody waiting and 4 guys standing around doing nothing! As we were leaving and there was no other vehicles around we heard them say "oh I'm glad we didn't have to do anything"🤷🏼‍♀️ guess we will just go somewhere else 😂 plenty of other tire places... This one doesn't need work they don't like it🤣

Employees are extremely negligent and show utter contempt for customer’s safety concerns. Allowed us to leave without telling us of our completely unsafe tire and when we brought our complaint to them they made us leave without resolving our issues in any way. Do not come here unless absolutely necessary. Tire shown is what was passable for driving from this location

Not open at 7am, and unfriendly. Both my husband & I had issues with them working at my appt time. Then I called because I am outside waiting, they weren’t even opening up at the time they are supposed to. One guy even gave my husband & I attitude and complained to his employee that we had a custom and “good luck”. I KNOW this is not how this place should be managed. If you hate your job, quit. Don’t make other people miserable, and LATE.
