Walmart Auto Care Center

I recommend WalMart auto care in MC. I went for an oil change and it was the easiest appointment for my car I have ever had. I had an appointment and did not have to wait to be checked in and they were busy! I was kept informed of the status of the work with the WalMart app and my car was done in 30 minutes. I only ordered an oil change but they also filled all the fluids, washed my windshield, and vacuumed the floor. I will be back for future serviced!

I made an appointment at Walmart to check a tire that was losing air, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The “technician” who first attended me was rude and seemed to ignore me while I tried to explain the reason for my visit. After waiting about ten minutes, another employee even less friendly came to the counter. Without consulting me, the technician decided to put a new tire on my car, claiming that my tire couldn’t be repaired. I had to call a manager (Richard) to fix the situation and insisted they put my original tire back. I then went to Discount Tire, where they repaired the same tire in minutes with no issue. My advice: be very careful if you go to Walmart Auto Center or better yet, avoid it altogether to save yourself an unpleasant experience.

Good service in the bay... but the repeated LONG waits for service at the counter warrant my 1 star rating. If you plan to get work done here... plan yourself a significant amount of time to wait at the counter for someone to even acknowledge you. They do have some buttons for you to play with as you wait (photos below), but they don't do anything I guess.

It took over 2 hrs just to get my oil changed? On top of that they broke the oil filter cap! They said It was broke before I got here, yet I have to go get a new one now in order to keep the oil from leaking out. How does that make sense?

I had ordered 4 tires online with the Wal-Mart app and scheduled to have the service dept put them on. Super easy to order online and schedule the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment got checked in with no problem and they got my Jeep in right away. The person checking me in was nice and efficient. Now my reason for a two star rating. It took the Auto care Center 3 full hours to put on 4 tires. 3 hours, I couldn't believe it so I asked if their were any issues. The service guy said no, no issues. I paid my bill with no further questions or comments.
