Walmart Auto Care Center

Appointment scheduled on 12/26/2025 to purchase 2 tires and have them installed on 1/1/2026 at 07:00. No one even showed up at the auto center until 07:22. I asked several other Walmart employees if they knew anyone from the auto center and they all said no, I went back to the auto center and turned on the lights and even answered a phone call at their front desk (to let other customers know what was going on). When 2 rude lady employees did arrive late at about 07:22, one informed me they couldn't do the work until probably around 08:00 at best and that was all because they don't schedule people to do the work. This place is a joke, avoid if at all possible!

They don't answer their calls so I don't know if they have the tire that I need or not. Great thanks for not answering when we behave been calling for 2 to 3 days.

Auto center is a JOKE at 1041 EDGEFIELD ROAD and needs to be closed down immediately!!!!!! Instead of spending money on remodeling of store they should have focused on Auto center making sure that they have QUALIFIED ASE CERTIFIED MECHANICS instead of hiring RANDOM people off the street. Needs to invest in more up to date equipment to work ALL TYPES OF customers cars. I had an appt for 10 am to have 2 tires installed THATS IT. Ended up leaving around 11:45 UNACCEPTABLE. Who ever COURTNEY needs is needs to learn etiquette and customer service. While waiting on my car, she never acknowledged anyone walking in all she said was what are you here for? I wish I could give a lower score. My wife took our Jeep to the Oil Change Center. The shop worker told her they didn't have the tool to remove the oil drain plug. If these people don't have a 13mm socket, they need to get out of the oil change business. Basically, the lazy worker didn't want to do the oil change 30 minutes before close.

Bought the wrong battery to begin with but returned it and got the correct one. The person who did the exchange was courteous and friendly with no problems.
