I showed up 20 minutes early just to have all of it eaten up by the older gentleman who had me repeat everything I said at least twice. He was clearly struggling with the iPad and the other employees just continued to walk by us. No less than four people were helped in the time it took him to grasp what I was here for. Ruined my good mood.

Would not recommend went in to have a valve stem put in as they where the only shop that could get me in that day, they knocked the tire out of balance after 2 times of them rebalancing the tire over a period of a week it's still out of balance and did not care for the attitude of the tech or the way he drove my truck. I'd just recommend going to js tire on the north side of town.

My son's tires wore out after 10k miles. They offered road hazard, didn't give a prorated amount and then charged full price. There was clearly some issues with the tires wearing prematurely but no one cared to work with us. I would not recommend going here for tires. And don't bother with the road hazard warranty they won't honor.

I would advise people not to visit there at this time since it has been the worst experience I have ever had there. There is an elderly employee that is unable to interact with clients. Walmart needs to retrain its employees on how to communicate here and the regulations. I'll tell you what happened. I had originally planned to arrive at 7 a.m. for my oil change appointment, but the employee informed me that they had received my appointment at 7:30 and instructed me to arrive after 7:30 because the staff would not be arriving early. I arrived at 7:40 a.m., and when I asked to have my oil changed, the elderly woman angrily replied that I was late the other appointment that arrived and had appointments at 8:00 and 8:30, which are too early, and instead of prioritizing the actual appointment

Staff is painfully slow and deathly inattentive to detail. Do not take your car here if you value your life.
