Yesterday, my tire sensor went off right before I was about to get on the interstate — thankfully, at the last stoplight. I pulled over to fill the tire and immediately heard it leaking. The first shop I tried was booked for the day with a tech out sick. I headed to Walmart next, and even though they were also short-staffed with a tech who had called in and a full schedule, they told me they could squeeze me in around 11 AM. It was about 8:30 AM, so I said Sure. They not only took care of it — they had me out the door before 10:30! I’m so grateful for their caring attitude and willingness to help in a stressful moment. Truly appreciate the team for going above and beyond! Thank you so much!!!
Stopped here to get groceries in my semi truck and all the spots are taken up by Schneider bobtail trucks with no trailers..... there was another semi truck behind me that had to leave with me because all the spots were taken by Schneider this is absolutely ridiculous is Schneider renting the Walmart truck parking lot theres probably a distribution warehouse close and they aren't even shopping here pls walmart vacate them for people like me that just want groceries and leave.
Went here for an installation of two tires since one on my work truck is going bald. Was informed the work could be done at the Faribault tire center no issues, but they were booked solid for a week. Found this one as someone cancelled. Employee here stated he will not do the work since the treads aren't the same, he was unprofessional and rude as he talked to me. I grabbed the tires and said I'll take my business elsewhere. I don't understand how one store will do the work but another will not. I'll never come to the owatonna tire center again.
Cody in the Auto Care Center was awesome. He installed my new tires on my car. Super helpful and friendly. Great customer service. Thank you Cody and your Walmart team. I definitely felt like a valued and appreciated customer today!
