Walmart Auto Care Center

I was told by syd they couldn’t get me in for oil change for two weeks at this location. No longer accepting walk ins . Alrighty so I went to Valvoline the same day and it took 15 minutes. I pulled up and sat in my car while they did it . With the coupons they have online always, it was 53$ and the workers were great! Thanks

I'm giving them a lot of credit because of how much better the service was compared to other Walmart Auto Centers in the city. You can't even get ahold of half of them over the phone. Maybe I'm an outlier but my car was ready in less than 45 minutes after my appointment time. The attendant was polite and helpful, which is also not what I've experienced at other locations - I think his name was Michael. If they stay consistent with this they absolutely deserve a rating higher than the other locations.

Save yourself the headache in EVER coming to this location. If you want to be experience and witness true incompetence this would be the place to go to! I scheduled and set time aside to have an appointment done said everything that was needed over the phone. I show up to my appointment to be told for one I don’t have an appointment? I showed them the reference # to my appointment and “miraculously” my appointment now showed up. Then I’m told they can’t service my rav4, which makes no sense because all they needed to do was put on tires and they kept giving me the run around saying they couldn’t put tires because it was AWD and and it wouldn’t work. So save yourself the time, money and go somewhere else. Based on the other poor reviews I’m not surprised this place SUCKS, avoid if possible.

Arrived early this morning hoping to get my oil change in a pinch. The manager checked with the shop and said they were too busy this morning.

Honest service; had an appointment for new battery; battery tested good; just loose cables which they tightened.
