I went in to get a tire but I called and spoke to Sicely first she helped me pick my tires and explained the process to me and also set up an appointment for me . I came and didn’t wait long at all the guys Gustavo V. And Anthony D. Helped me and they replaced my tire within a half an hour . I didn’t wait long at all and they were kind and professional. I appreciate Sicely , Gustavo and Anthony for helping me today . I hope they get some recognition for being amazing , hard working people who care about the customers . I’ll be back soon to get another tire and oil change. Thanks Again Amy stalker

FYI people tire quality at this center is really bad. After 6 months and 5k miles tires are bald (Goodyear) decided to check on warranty help but as soon as you step in with receipt in hand staff look at you with defensive face and as soon as you explain whats going on they start blaming your car or you way of driving or not enough air in tires and much more (employee immediately said not gonna do anything). Short story they did not help and just give me bunch of excuses and blames on my car being front wheel drive etc. Save your time and go somewhere else for better quality products

Sicely and Alfredo helped me get a resolution when I had a bad lug nut. I fixed it and they were able to accommodate me the same day. I would recommend them.

The installation part itself was fine. When I ordered the tires online according to what they specified for the vehicle, the wrong size was sent. I had to get a manager involved in order to get the right size and have them eat the cost of the other tires because they ordered the wrong ones. They told me I should always check the tires on the vehicle before I order new ones. This was not possible for me because I ordered the tires when I was out of town. The whole ordering the tires and the payment part was very convoluted. However at the end of the day the tires were installed correctly and I did get a good set of them. I would likely go back. Shout out to Beau the manager of the store for making it right.

IT WAS PRETTY QUICK WENT TO GET A OIL CHANGE THEY HAD SAID MAX A HOUR WAIT BUT IT WAS NOT EVEN THAT ITS WAS ABOUT 5 MINS WHEN THEY WERE ALREADY DOING THE OIL CHANGE I WAS SURPRISED GREAT JOB GUYS
