Walmart Auto Care Center

I got my oil changed here and was very pleased with the service. It was nice to get some shopping done while I waited. I made an appointment and the process was very smooth.

They put on my winter tires and failed to put correct air pressure. I had to find a gas station and do it myself on the way home. The sensors turned on, on my way home. It was to late to turn around I was half way home. They also put in I paid with cash but it was a credit card transaction. They text me 2 days later and had to drive back to the store an hour away to fix the issue. The employees were very kind but definitely going to have to think about taking my car there again.

My oil plug was stripped out and my car leaked oil very bad after I had it serviced. Then it fell out and ruined the motor. Management denied any liability. It cost me $3800 for an oil change here.

The crew there on 11/12/2025 @ 5:30PM were amazing!!! They helped me a ton out of a tight spot, I'll never forget it . It's rare when you find such kindness 💜💜💜 thank you!!!

There's only one worker in this department worth speaking to, he predominantly works in the garage. He's very knowledgeable and a straight-shooter. Besides him, EVERY worker I've interacted with here has a crazy attitude. Especially the ones working at the desk. I know it's Walmart and I know how many stupid people they have to deal with on a daily, they're stressed. But every time I've come in, at least one of these workers will catch an attitude for no reason. Gets pretty obnoxious.
