Walmart Auto Care Center

Got an oil change. Made an appointment for 10:30 and they even took me early. Leigh was very helpful and personable. Thank you so much!

I understand Auto care is busy. But I will not use Walmart auto care again. And that's not the fault of the mechanics, honestly they prob get a lot of crap. But it's a problem higher up, with scheduling and procedures. I bought 4 tires, Walmart app said one didn't arrive. Checked the FedEx and listed they all arrived for and signed by ****, I called and they said only 1 arrived. Called customer support, they said they are all there. I had an appointment for a week and it was canceled. It was hard to reach the auto center and when I do the lady sounded like she hated working there, got hung up on. So the next day I picked up all the tires and went to MR. Tire. Put them on in an hour, gave me a military discount aswell. Terrible experience, will not use Autocare again.

I think the store put the most special employees in the tire center. They are so slow. Never answer the phone. They give a constant attitude and just stand around to talk to each other. Im gonna go to Mavis next time.

Beings that it is 4th of July weekend, I highly doubted that I would be able to have two tired replaced, one of which was flat. I went to the store around 3pm and spoke to a cashier named Marilyn. One of the service techs was standing there with her named Rey. I asked them about replacing my two tires today, and was told all appointments were full but they would be happy to schedule me for another day. I work and it is not easy for me to find the time to come back in during the week. Rey told me that he understood and squeezed me in. The entire experience there was great and Marilyn and Rey went above and beyond to help me. I left fully satisfied with two brand new tires on a Sunday afternoon!!!! Thank you again!!

I genuinely don’t even know where to begin, they couldn’t add a simple service because they were “understaffed” no problem right. Well the 4 members they have on bored are standing around and not doing anything, I come for a simple oil change at 2, my appointment was for 2:30, it’s currently 4 and my car hasn’t even begun getting its service. If you value your time take it some where else, the workers were also incredibly rude during the check in process.
