Walmart Auto Care Center

Last week I had my oil changed. They forgot to reset my dash oil readout to 100 percent when they changed it. I went back today and had no wait and no issues with them reseting it. Very pleased very helpful . I had bought an extra court of oil for them to run thru after they dumped the old oil and before they plugged it back up. There was no issue with that the honored my request. Thank you Walmart Auto center

They were unable to mount my tires and had no reason why other than it was against their policy. They said that it was unsafe to put the tires on that I had but they could not explain to me why or how it was unsafe. They were however willing to order me brand new tires at an outrageous price. And as I was leaving one of the workers directed me to a different tire shop who was able to help me so I do appreciate that. And the tires can't possibly be too unsafe because I've driven from Washington to Florida on them with no problems. I do feel strongly that they should have told me the reasons that they said it was unsafe to mount these tires though especially before a road trip that seems like important information that was kept for me for some unknown reason. Or maybe they just did not know

Id give zero stars if I could. What is the point of ordering online setting an appointment and showing up early if more than an hour after the appointment you're told they messed up the paperwork and it needs to be fixed. Then you see they still hadn't started the service!

Very helpful and efficient, I made an appointment to mount the new tires and scheduled an oil change as well. Jose took great care of me and along with the other crew members got me in and out in just over an hour! I had 4 tires taken off the wheels mounted, balanced and put back on along with an oil change and other things checked. Great job! Thank you shelton Wal mart!

Bought some expensive new tires and had them sent here to be put on. First problem was they sent them to my home instead of to the store so I had to lug them down there at my appointment time. I knew I shouldn't have trusted Walmart but I gave them the benefit of the doubt to prove themselves. I typically go to Olympia, Discount Tires, who are always GREAT. A couple weeks later my warning lights were coming on for low pressure on 2 tires. I figured driving around on them and getting them broke in, it was time to maybe air them up a bit and the weather was changing, which could have been a factor. Putting air in and what do you know, they put on bad leaky valve stems! I should have saved myself the stress and just drove to Olympia. And then the service guy has the gull to say I should have
