Walmart Auto Care Center

I had absolutely atrocious service in the auto care twice in a row. Someone of the auto care fucked my drain plug and they are now not even " TAKING A LOOK". I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated and they DONT KNOW what they are doing. Also they make you wait 2-3 hours for a simple oil change, even if you have appointment. They told me yesterday they would fix what they broke, if I bring the plug, and even after buying the plug and taking it there no one took care of THEY DID. I DO NOT recommend this auto care service to NOBODY. They lost me and my family as a costumers. ZERO stars. They absolutely dont care about you.

Paid for tires and “expert tire installation” via the Walmart app and when we arrive, it seems like no one has a clue how to look up the order. Despite already paying the $36 tire installation fee, I had to pay for it again in store because they couldn’t find it in their system, and was told I needed to contact Walmart.com to have it refunded (how could they find where I paid for the tires but not the installation fee considering it was altogether)? Of course when you call customer service, that person doesn’t have a clue what you’re talking about either. Why have the option to pay for the installation via the app if employees don’t understand how to apply it when the service is being done?

It took several hours to get a tire change despite having an appointment and only one other customer was there.

We had a 5+ hour wait to get a new tire after getting a flat. Horrible disorganization when it comes to getting customers in and out, and really bad at communication. No real explanation as to why they take so long, just that they’re “backed up.” No sense of urgency at all. Don’t come here unless you have all day to wait.

Poorly managed, too many appointments booked at one time, employees are as slow as they can go- no breaking a sweat here.
