Walmart Auto Care Center

My car had to get towed they took me at 5pm ! I was at work down the street it’s 5 degrees outside! My Battery died! I was so thankful to be able to go home after work and not uber! 40 dollar ride home! The front desk guy that was tall and had beautiful brown long hair was so nice and professional! He deserves a raise! I think his name was Galvin! Thanks u saved my day

Probably the slowest and least customer friendly / engaged Walmart in the area. Almost like they feel like they are the only game in town so they don’t have to act friendly or quickly to earn your business.

Jordan took good care of us so that's why this gets as good of a rating that it is. Whomever did the oil change and tire rotation left oily handprints in our interior, and after doing the tire rotation, they didn't fill the tires with air. We will not be coming back here again.

Made me wait for 1.5 hours while my car was done the entire time but no one told me it was ready. Never received a text, email, or phone call. I eventually just went to the desk and asked for a time estimate and my key had been sitting there the whole time. The guy looked at it and said “Oh it’s right here.” I had an appointment scheduled in advance and was told it was take one hour when I checked in. I ended up sitting there for a total of 2.5 hours, when my car was done in 50 minutes according to the papers they gave me. Never even received an apology. Mind you, this was simply for an oil change.

The Auto Department is insufficient when answering calls, the phone consistently rings, no one ever answers and sometimes an attendant is standing there but ignores the phone, I’ve seen it! I always take my car to this particular Walmart since they started changing my oil, I like to be consistent when folks are working on my vehicle! Unfortunately I may have to look elsewhere! They can’t be that busy to answer calls!
