I purchased two new tires to replace my front tires. During checkout, I was asked if I wanted to rotate my tires while I was there, and I agreed. After the service was completed, I noticed that the tires had not been rotated, only the two new front tires had been installed. Since I was charged for a rotation, I went back inside to ask for a refund. When I brought this up, the staff member I spoke with became defensive and insisted the tires had been rotated. I explained that replacing the front tires is not the same as rotating tires. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and I was told that I should have specifically requested that my rear tires be moved to the front. Eventually, I was refunded but was told they “would not be doing this again.” Very unprofessional.
Recently moved to the area from using a different Walmart Auto Center out of state and requested a 4-5PM appt for a Tire Rotation and a separate, 5:30-6:30PM appt for my oil change. When we came to pick up the car the balance due was only $20.00 because they only did the tire rotation and had canceled the appt for the oil change. When I asked why they didn’t do the oil change she didn’t know..: that maybe they couldn’t get the filter off… but said to check the notes left by the tech. No notes were left on our sheet. Seemed they were just too lazy to do both appointments. Customer service female was rude at drop off and unhelpful with any information or trying to obtain any as to why the services requested weren’t rendered when attempting to pick up. Will likely not return as it was a
Came in to get three new tires. They charged me for three tires. Left and had to come back due to low tire pressure in one tire. Come to find out they only changed one tire. Mechanic apologized. But I asked for a refund. So they lied and only replace one. But charged me for three. You don’t have to worry about me ever again. If I didn’t have a low tire pressure, I would’ve never knew they charged me for three tires and only gave me one new tire.
Had a pretty terrible experience here. Dropped my car off early for an oil change and around the appointment time I got a notification that I had requested the appointment to be cancelled. I called the service center and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes I just gave up. They said the oil filter was on too tight and they were unable to do the oil change. Strange, because it came off pretty easily when I got home. I feel like either they didn't have the filter adapter or they didn't know to remove the metal retainer before twisting. This has been standard on Toyota vehicles for at least 15 years. I feel like they're just slammed and looking for excuses to cancel appointments. When I was dropping off my car I asked if they could do a tire rotation as well, and they said it would take an
TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! I went in to the store and the staff already looked pissed off. Asked for an oil change and said they were all booked up and said I needed to make an appointment, okay understandable. I set the appointment for a week later at 12:30pm in the afternoon assuming the longest would be an hour to hour and a half on the job. I come back in and first wait behind the counter for 30 minutes waiting for someone to start working. Then I checked my car in for my scheduled appointment. Tell me in what world does an oil change take 3 and a half hours. I could’ve taught Hellen Keller how to change my oil faster than these guys did. Wasted my entire day (12:30-4:15). I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy. Terrible experience and Walmart, don’t reply to this com
