Walmart Auto Care Center

I arrived at this Walmart Auto Center with a flat tire and less than an hour before closing, hoping for at least a little help or guidance. Unfortunately, the service writer showed no willingness to assist. Instead of offering any real support, I was simply told to go to another shop up the street that closes at the exact same time. There was no empathy, no effort, and no sense of urgency for what was clearly a small roadside emergency. It felt like the priority was protecting the last hour of their shift rather than helping a customer in need. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. If you’re looking for a team that cares about the people they serve, this Walmart Auto Center is not it.

With a blown tire and riding on my spare I went to Walmart. I quickly got service and new tire and am happy with service. Thanks!

Good car service ! Customer Service Not So Good! Had to contact a manager to get them to honor my warranty! I will change this when I receive friendly and courteous customer service! The mechanics were great,friendly & courteous! Thanks Susan for all your help!

I took both my vehicles in for tires. I just wanted to say that Cliff worked on both my vehicles. And he is a real credit to the Walmart brand. He is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, with great customer service skills. Sincerely, Christopher J Bella

I had to have four new tires put on my vehicle for a inspection. I also needed windshield wipers. Cliff put them on for me at no extra charge. Cliff was outstanding he took care of it quickly and efficiently. He was really friendly they were very short staffed and he still had a smile on his face. Also the department manager was awesome! I had ordered the tires online. He found them very quickly. He was very helpful and very nice! Their prices aren't bad either. The service was remarkable! I will definitely be going back to them in the future!
