I couldn't be more appreciative of the great service I received today around 5:30pm in Summerville at the Dorchester Road location. There were 2 employees who went out of their way to be informative and efficient, and did so with very respectful and professional demeanor. Well done! Thank you!

Staff was very rude and had an attitude when asking about getting ONE new tire mounted on the rim (with no tire instillation). There were 5 to 6 mechanics in the shop and a single car that was getting a lightbulb changed. If you want friendly staff and a half decent experience DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Showed up for my tire installation appointment only to find that the staff with exception of Nia and Chandler had called out and they were unable to complete my tire installation. Props to the two that showed up and had to handle the customers who were not able to get the car work done. I returned 1hr later to speak to one of the managers, Justin, who handled the situation apologetically. He is fitting me in before the next "available" time but it's already been over a week that I've had a leaky tire and I travel for work. Walmart needs to do better and something should really be done to make up for the inconvenience!

I made an appointment for an oil change. Arrived on time and they took my vehicle in and quickly finished the oil change.

Pretty horrible mechanics. The associate entered my make and model/color of car and the mechanics didn’t bother reading or paying attention to what car they were supposed to put the tire on. Waited well over 3 hours just for them to put my tire on the wrong car. The associate working was nice but these mechanics have got to go! Oh and when my car was done, didn’t bother letting me know. But, it’s Walmart, can’t expect anything positive.
