Helpful, Honest, and Compassionate Service I came to this Walmart Auto Care Center on a weekend after a routine oil change at another shop went terribly wrong. Not long after getting home, I noticed oil gushing from my oil pan, but the original mechanic was already closed. I couldn’t leave the issue unresolved over the weekend, so I brought my car here, the only open option at the time. David, the manager, didn’t hesitate to help. He quickly diagnosed the problem, a stripped oil plug left by a previous mechanic. David temporarily plugged it, and even gave me the damaged part to take back to the original shop. He clearly explained what went wrong, which helped me feel informed and at ease. Thanks to David’s quick thinking and kindness, I was able to get back on the road and continue with

Waited almost 3 hours to have a tire installed, then hubcap was improperly placed on tire and was lost on the hwy. Will not be going back to this location for any future services

Miss Lisa was Awesome! ... She totally hooked me up with a great Goodyear Tire when mine was dangerously going flat and unsafe to drive on. Carlos and Jason .... came to my rescue and put on the new tire in great time , I'm highly impressed with the customer service, friendliness and chivalry I was shown today.
