I got my butt up super early to be first in line. I prepaid tires and also needed oil change. Pulled up to the bay at 6:40. Guy checking me in not a smile barely a hello. Another worker showed up and he was super friendly and nice. First guy told me about 1.5 hours maybe a little longer. Went and shopped for 1.75 hours. Came back. Gal now at desk. Asked if she could help me. I said yes I am getting tires and oil here to see if it's ready. In the meantime I can see my car and nobody doing anything to it. So she walks around. Talks to another coworker and then starts to walk off. I was like excuse me, are you checking on my car? Well I can't tell anything until papers comes through. Dude that checked me in comes walking by I was like hey have tires even been started? Well we are training so

Highly recommended! We have a flat tire ( fire valve broken), we ask Matthew mechanic in the shop can he can help us and he said yes I can help you. We wait in 25 minutes and he said we done. We very thankful for the service and friendly service !

I came in because I have a bolt in one front tire. Instead of doing anything at all to help me with this, the girl working, Chandra, decided to advise me to plug it myself, and told me she couldn’t put my spare on for me, and made many excuses why not, then tells me that you guys don’t have my tires on Black Friday, and there is a set of 4 my size being advertised outside the shop door on the ground. Granted, those tires could have been ordered by someone else so I kept my mouth shut and ordered tires brand new to be put on Monday. I was suppose to leave town this weekend, so I’m going to BIg O tires to see if I can get some real service, because I know this is the only time I have ever been turned away by Walmart, and I won’t let it happen again. Never had this many issues in my life… ove

The services I have received (tire install and tire repair) are not the issue. The issue I have is the wait times and the rude associates that act like helping a customer is worse than picking up elephant poop. Do better and remember why you have a paycheck. If you are miserable then find a new job!

Arrived around 8:30 in the morning, noticed only one other car in the oil change bay and no cars in the tire lanes. Had a nail in a tire that needed patched. Took an hour and a half, and noticed the majority of the automotive employees breaking down boxes and doing anything but automotive work. Poor customer service everytime. Won’t be back again.
