Be careful they will make you buy unnecessary services you do not need. Take your vehicle to another business. More likely they are cheaper and faster than Walmart. I was forced to purchase the lifetime balance and rotation for $15 per tire. I brought in 2 used tires I needed mounted and balanced and was told that I had to purchase the additional service to get them balanced or to decline the balance. This is dangerous to not have balanced tires and is an issue to purchase a lifetime balance and rotation on 2 used tires. I will take my business elsewhere.

If zero was an option I’d of gave it. My appointment to have 2 tires changed was at 1pm. It is now 328 pm. & my vehicle is still not ready. They MESSED up & changed one of the wrong tires. Now they are having to change the CORRECT tire. Also, the associates at the check out desk, very slow & did not know what they was doing, took 15mins to even get my vehicle signed in. Also, may I add; I made the appointment & paid for this almost 20hours ago. Very disappointed overall. Will not be back to this location. It doesn’t take 2.5 hours to change out 2 tires. Also maybe make sure to read the paper on which tires to change would have made this take a little less time. I do NOT recommend the tire center at Walmart on North Gloster.

I had a blow out and arrived when they were closing.. they stayed and did my tire for me and were all so kind and helpful! i’m thankful for auto care because they helped me get back to alabama with my 5 month old!

Don't get your tires rotated and balance here. Person who did mine was talking on the phone the entire time while balancing and rotating my tires. I didn't say anything b/c im just not that kind of person who doesnt want to be responsible for someone losing their job. A month goes by and my tires are making a humming sound and starting to bulge and go bad. I go to see about getting them replace b/c I have a roadside hazard warranty on them and they say my tires are bad b/c my car is out of alignment and won't replace them under warranty so i try taking there word for it and buy 2 new tires anyways at full price. I go right afterwards to get an alignment at midas and they say I don't need one which meant my old tires didn't go bad from not being out of alignment b/c my alignment is already

I’ve had to use this tire center to just put a new tire on a rim twice in the last 6 months or so. I only came due to no other shop being open when the flats I had occurred. The first time it took over an hour and a half and I got no mobile update or anything, just walked back in and there it was done and propped up against the wall in the shop, couldn’t get anyone to see me or even speak when I spoke directly to them so I walked across the shop and got it myself. The second time I dreaded but I was in the same boat as before. Waited almost an hour and walked back in to see the entire shop was empty. I came back after going through a drive through to eat lunch and they had returned and did not mount my tire for almost another hour and same as before no mobile update and no one to see me wh
