Wanted 4 new tires... They stop the whole service because they said I had 2 seized lug nuts, and it was against their policy to continue. Went somewhere else, nothing wrong. They don't know what there doing.

It I could give a zero star I would. They told me that I needed a key for the car to change the tires which is fine but didn’t take the extra time to show me on my Saturday appointment. Had to reschedule the appointment for Monday and Jose told me that I got the wrong key and guided me in the right direction on where to get the key and showed me the style of it and when getting to the store Jose helped me over the phone for getting the correct key. Then when checking out on the appointment on Monday the team lead Jonah came across like he didn’t give a shit about anything and made the whole experience terrible. So Jose would get a great rating from me but everyone else gets a zero.

I made a appointment buying two tires from them to have them put on .. i called them and told them to add two more . They said they would leave a note.. they said later there was no note and was just put on two tires. So after waiting a hour and a half for two tires on front . They were finally done...i don't think they balanced my tires, it pulls to left alittle.

if i could give negative stars i would. took my car in to get new tires and left with a non driveable car, and still yet they couldn’t even own up to breaking my car lol. 👍

Called on a Friday to schedule for 4 new tires. Guy on the phone only said he had 2. Then tried to sell me tires $60 more per tire. When I said I would go somewhere else he then suddenly found 4 of the ones I wanted originally. I confirmed me had 4 of the ones I wanted and he said yes. Scheduled for Sunday at 3:00. Dropped the car off and confirmed they had the tires and the lady said yes… got a call at 4:15 that they took all my tires off and noticed they only had 3 tires. I complained and the kid said he would put 2 new ones on and leave two old. I told him no, let me talk to a manager. Waited 15 minutes on hold and the manager Brett talked over me on the phone the whole time. I told him I drove 30 minutes there because they confirmed they had them and that he should put the 4 more expen
