Walmart Auto Care Centers

I sent my son here to get an oil change 3 hours before he had to be at work. They broke his oil filter housing which they did replace no charge but then once he gets home I lift the hood to check and make sure that it is not leaking around the housing. And they did not put the fill cap back on his engine. Oil is all over the place. He had to call in to work because of this. The service manager should be checking behind these technicians making sure the job is known correct if you forget to put the old cap on an engine that is just pure neglect. I will not be using Walmart automotive again.

The posted synthetic oil change price is $54.88. This price includes a new filter, but they charged me an additional $9.67 for a filter! Their explanation was that they ran out of filters in the shop so they had to get one from inside Walmart. Very incompetent and frustrating experience. They also took double the time they estimated because my vehicle has a 2.5 engine but their system said 1.6 engine. They said this “issue” delayed the job.

The oil change was reasonable price and I didn't have a long wait

Surprised that I was able to get right in with my vehicle. Very good price for a oil change, tire rotation and tire plug. The only issue was they put almost 50 pounds of air in each of my tires. Through my car sensor alert. Next time I will make sure they air at the correct amount. I have no other complaints

Called asked about 3 tires at 430pm said they have them. Said i was coming up there. They then proceeded to tell me they're about to close. I asked what time they said six. I had to go there anyway. And asked customer service when auto closes they said 7. So they lied and dont like late service as is the only time im off work. Do your job!
