Walser Collision & Glass is truly 5 stars all around. These are people who rarely see people on a good day, and yet they helped turn my day around each time I had to stop in. They did such an excellent job on my repair, and the customer service - aka every employee I talked to at some point - was so kind and willing to take an extra minute to explain anything to me. 100% recommend!

Walser Collision and Glass in Bloomington is the only place we will take our vehicles for work when needed. Tony was in charge of repairs and his updates by phone or messages was so helpful and appreciated. The front desk workers were also fantastic. I felt at ease, respected, understood and no matter what, all were very patient with my concerns. Insurance covered everything, so, Walser also did a great job working with the insurance company of the person who crashed into me.

Just wanted to say, I had a wonderful experience with Waler collision and glass! I’ve now had to go in twice one time for an auto body collision where somebody backed up into my parked EV Hummer, and another time where a rock hit my windshield and they had to replace it. From start to finish, they communicated with my insurance company to get full coverage of all damage damages that were incurred. I truly appreciate Dave’s communication throughout this whole process and his diligence to detail when it came to my vehicle. I also wanted to give a shout out to Mathew glass General manager for providing a great service when it came to getting the glass on my hummer replaced I was in and out within an hour and a half! Thank you both!

I received amazing service, from estimate to working with my insurance to the repair itself. They were able to not only look at and fix the outside but also minor mechanical issues cause by the accident. They were much faster than expected, worked well with my insurance and did a great job fixing the damage. The personal is super friendly, understanding and flexible. Thank you!
