Wash n’ Shine Car wash

DO NOT USE The touch free bay hit my car and caused a 3ft long scratch on the back bumper of the car. The wash n shine said they would review the footage and since then has ignored my calls and emails and has been 0 help. The lady I was able to talk to, Laura, actually scoffed at me when I mentioned how they haven't been responsive. It has now been almost 1 week with 0 updates or attempts to reach back out to me. Side Note: The car is a Mazda Miata so the fact that this vehicle is half the size of normal cars and was still damaged is alarming and I would avoid this car wash and any owned by this company.

Spent $9 washing my car just to have to come home and rinse it again because the foam brush hose was leaking soap from the ceiling onto my car. For what they charge you'd think they could maintain the equipment

The brushes damaged my antenna. I called the assistance number and was informed their insurance does not cover cars over 60 000 miles or over 10 years old. This should be posted. I think the price is a bit high.

The place is worn out and dirty. The equipment never works half of the time. The tap and pay takes your money but the wash doesn't work!

Put a $20 in their changer and got $10 worth of quarters back! Won't be going there again!
