Wash Pointe Car Wash Dequindre

Great car wash. I don't like these in general because of paint concerns but these guys seem to take care of the equipment. Very easy to pay. The monthly deal looks appealing. The staff are detailed.

Poor customer service. The black american staff was rude and was not helpful at all. I got stuck on the ramp and he kept saying “not my car” instead of helping. One staff helped and got it sorted. No initiative to help or courtesy to be kind. Very disappointing

Great service, great people. Super nice people helped me pay when the pay machine didn’t work. Reccomend going here for great car wash prices! Free vacuuming is also included and they work great.

Your car will be dirty in 5 minutes because they don't dry it good. Or wash ot for that manner. Came back in an hour after noticing my car was still filthy and she said- sorry there's nothing I can do. Pick somewhere else that's cheaper and better.

Been coming here for a couple months now I'm very meticulous about my truck so I comb over it every time I get it washed and I don't have them dry it with the towels outside in fear of them scratching it but I just went today and there must have been something in the brush on the passenger side but it scratched the hell out of my truck all the way down the side of it This happened Saturday July 27th between 1:40 and 2:00pm
