Wash Wizard Car Wash - North Main

Update: I received the free car wash and appreciate the manager's willingness to try and rectify the errors.***I went through the automated wash after paying for the $30 top wash. I’m not pleased with the blotches of tire shine spray on several tires. This has happened more than once. I won’t be returning.

I’m a car wash snob. I’ve been going to car washes for 40 years and Wash Wizard is by far the best I have EVER been too. I won’t go anywhere else. Not only is the wash good but the employees are so kind and helpful. Love you Wash Wizard!

Nice car wash! Has rotating brushes that do a great job removing dirt and bugs from a full size pickup. Vacuum area has all the additional offerings (rags, air gun, windows cleaning fluid, floor mat cleaning) you would expect.

Went to get a basic car wash and prior to entering the washing tunnel, an employee did a prewash with a wet soapy mop/squeegee on my back windshield. When doing so, he pulled up and snapped off and broke apart my entire back wiper. He only said sorry it’s not covered and gave the completely broken pieces back. I understand they can’t control the machines, but felt disrespectful that an employee moving too quick and carelessly broke my car parts and all they would do was hand back the broken pieces and shrug their shoulders. This was a new wiper replaced only a month prior- there was no reason it should have been broken off like that. I have been to countless other self service washes and none of this has ever happened before- disappointed this business to say the least. Would not recommend

The car wash and the facility are decent, however, when something goes wrong with there equipment they blame it on you. I have posted a video clip that when magnified shows the railing grabbing the tire as the equipment pushes the car. You must have turned the wheel or your knee because the railings are "too slick and designed.... " Things clearly fail as did this. They also state someone would get back with you after the incident and 12 days, 2 trps and 3 calls later comes there excuse to blame me
