I wish you could get your car washed again. I loved how your car got clean, and I love clean, not dirty.

This location is broken down way too often. That's a management problem. If I can't get my vehicle washed then there's no point in having a membership. As far as I'm concerned, Washville owes me a refund for two months of membership payments.

I signed up for the promotion last summer with a reduced price for 3 months. I was informed that the auto-payments would only be for the promotional period. I went twice. Both times long scratches were left on the hood of my car. This is not touch-less. Then after the promotional period, payments were still removed. They were good about refunding some of the money. I would caution anyone using this car wash.
