Washville Car Wash

One prewash guy in the Winter months rinsing only one side??? The passenger side just gets wet sanded...Totally rediculous. Place gets worse every time we go. Vehicles less clean, dryer doesn't dry well, cloth wheel never touches, trash always full and vacuums suck at about 30% power most times. Do better Washville, do better. I love this place! Brewer location is my favorite/preferred. Reasons: easier location to get in/out of and I like the people there better. I know it’s the same people, but they seem happier at this location and lines are better. I try to go every day. If your car is filthy- don’t expect one drive through to do the job. It’s an automated car wash not magic. If one vacuum isn’t working well, I can always find another one that is. In general, I am very pleased and impressed with their vacuums and a big part of why I keep the membership.

As someone who washes their vehicle often the subscription is a great option, especially for the money you spend vs. a full price. The workers here do a decent job, but go to the location across town and you'll feel otherwise. My biggest complaint with this place is that there's a jet or two that are supposed to be gentile fan shapes to rinse the side of your car, but instead are focused jet streams of high pressure water. I'm pretty sure that if you're only going through the wash once in a while it's likely not an issue, but for someone like me who uses the wash more often it likely would be. I've emailed the company multiple times about the issue, and each time I either get a reply essentially saying that I'm wrong and everything is fine (the camera footage from my car must be a pretty g

Rolando is always super helpful and thorough when washing/spraying down my car, which I appreciate so much, especially during these nasty & dirty winter months, however why aren't there 2 people in the tunnel spraying cars? One person should be doing one side of the vehicle and another person spraying the other side... Every time I go to get my car washed, only one side of my car is getting rinsed with the power washer. There is a set up to have another person spray the other side of my vehicle but it isn't getting used. Overall, good experience.

Went to washville yesterday, normally I don’t have any issues and I love it..but yesterday I went through the car wash like normal, got to the end where the spinning cloth is, and when it came down it hit my brush guard harder then normal, I don’t think anything of it, then it did the hood and windshield. When it got to the windshield it bent the daylights out of my windshield wiper. So I went into the office to ask if they covered that, and the guy I talked to wasn’t sure because he was new, went and asked the other person that was out washing vehicles off and said they were not. So I asked to speak to a manager about it because it’s not an “after market/add accessory” they said they were between managers (the last one quit I guess, that’s a bad sign) they gave me a paper to fill out abo
