Just wanted to share my great experience this morning. I wanted to get some info on an unlimited plan and your team today on 1/11 at 9:45am was amazing. Very helpful! One of your employees even came outside and was concerned about my windshield being polarized. They both added my new sticker in another location so there were no issues. I will revommend this carwash to all my friends and family. 5 stars! Amazing customer service!

Kaleema, the attendant at the gate, was great at explaining the services. The car wash is fairly quick and does a good job of cleaning. The prices are reasonable. The best part: There is a touchlesa option available and it does a good job considering it is touchless. I took my car in with 2 months of RI salt and it came out cleanish. They have a clean car guarantee, so I took it in the second time and the results are 90% there of a touch car wash.

I came to the car wash with an extremely dirty car that I don’t think had moved in years prior to me driving it that week. There were leaves in the trunk and the front was partly green it was GROSS. I came by and not only was all the staff so extremely nice they scrubbed my truck till it was shining and let me and really took care of it. I highly recommend not only for the service but also because of how amazing the staff was!!

My experience at Washville was top notch. My vehicle has a matte finish, so I’m unable to take it through most car washes, even touch less, so I don’t have many options. I stopped at Washville to see what their options were. I spoke with Miguel, the assistant manager, and he offered to spray off my car with just the pressure washer, which is not something they typically do. Such a small gesture but Miguel went above and beyond to fulfill my request, and it completely made my day.
