Waterway Carwash

Loving the new Waterway location! Employees are super friendly and helpful, members get a towel and can swap anytime they want. Thomas is an excellent leader of this location and I feel it shows through his and his teams actions. Lines are short with the double wash bays and they have more than enough vacuums to keep it flowing on busy weekends. Hours are great for getting your car washed early or later. I’ll be a member for life if I can help it!

This place is a top notch operation and a world class experience. Everyone I’ve met has been great!! The membership is a great value because if you get 2 washes per month then it pays for its self. Also the gas discount for having a membership is great. Even though it has brushes I still take my Range Rover and my Wife’s Porsche through here because they have microfiber brushes. The belt conveyor is awesome so I can bring my other car which is lowered with wide tires through as well. Everyone needs to make this there new carwash ASAP!! I’ll be a member for life.

The car wash and gas station is amazing! The prices for the Washes aren't too expensive and they get the job done! Gas here isn't as much as some of the other gas stations in the area aswell. Once you finish with the car was, there are vacuums that you can use to clean up any mess in your car! The staff here are extremely kind and helpful. They have at least one person that greets you and walk around to see how you are doing and offer help if needed. This is by far the best car wash that I have been to!

Excellent customer service! Ethan was fantastic and took great care of us. There was also another young man who came over to check on us and make sure everything was going well, truly appreciated and just as outstanding. Both went above and beyond. Highly recommend Waterway in Lee’s Summit. This is definitely the place to go!

I can only compare Waterway's car wash to the other one in Lee's Summit that's similar which I visited, and must say that I was thrilled to get such good service. I felt that my carwash was better and I know that the interior clean was waaaaaay better. I'm so happy they are here in LS ... as my pet peeve at the other car wash was having the car wash technicians wave that long handled sprayer to prewash my car and scratch the paint. That's not a 'thing' at Waterway and the wash is very, very good and thorough.
