I can’t say enough about Adam, he has helped me twice now, getting my big ol Deisel converted, ambulance dog washing truck, back on the road in an extremely timely manner! I am a mobile dog groomer and I depend on my truck for income. He has always communicated with me with every txt message and every call. He is just amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful for him! Thank you Adam you deserve 10 stars if I could!

The Don Colvin review previously sounds similar to my experience. This repair service was a recommendation from my trusted mechanic friend - who acknowledged after the fact he'd heard whispers things have been going wrong with Watson lately. Watson ONLY responds with texts, does not go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of in any way, his diagnostic tests are ridiculously expensive - even when his diagnosis comes back with basically "not sure what's really wrong here". Takes DAYS, not minutes or hours to respond via text (dropped off Wednesday, no word until I texted him Thursday night in which he said he'd contact me Friday... Friday thru Sunday was zero communication until I contacted him Monday morning, tells me he's emailing his findings only to wait five hours and I have

This place was amazing. We were traveling and had an emergency issue. He stopped what he was doing to help my husband and I get back on the road. Friendly service, they did a great job, and was easy to get to, just off the 22. Thanks guys great job!!

A few people recommended this place, and when I asked Adam Watson (owner) about rebuilding the engine in my medium duty truck, he told me they were busy and would have to “fit it in”, said it would be 2 weeks to fit in and two weeks to get it done. 3 weeks later I called and texted asking if they had started, I got no response. Another week and several attempts to reach him and still no response. So after a month of waiting, I went to pick up my unit. I wasn’t mean or rude, just needed to take it to some one who could actually get to it. The batteries were dead from sitting so long, jump starting wasn’t working, so I had to leave to get a new battery, and told Adam what I was doing, instead of offering to help with a jump, he tells me they close at 4pm, and they lock the gate at that time.

Adam is a great guy he offers a premium service. Not many people In the shop so you get a personal experience but he is a busy man don’t expect him to answer every phone call he gets. Excellent diesel mechanic. I wouldn’t take my trucks anywhere else.
