I went to the shop on Monday morning with a bad battery in my work van. I had the battery, but there was so much to take off I wasn't sure about it. I didn't have an appointment but was able to talk to Tarla (owner) and tell her my situation with the work I had to do that day in the van. She had a full lot and garage and very graciously put me in the garage right away. I offered more than she suggested to pay but when the bill came it was just what she said. This is why people in Columbus love this place and they win all the awards. I'm not more important than the next customer, she didn't have to care. But she did. Webb's for the win!!

Solid place, car broke down 200 miles south of where I live, on a Saturday. Was recommended this shop by a local, and was planning on leaving the car there over the weekend, and calling them on Monday morning, but they were in and working on a Saturday afternoon. Left the car there, and they took care of it faster and cheaper than they quoted me. Would use them again if I didnt live so far away.

Worst costumer service I have ever witnessed. My husband came here months ago and they not only failed to fix the problem three separate times and still proceeded to charge us thousands of dollars, but they actually made the problem significantly worse and when this was pointed out to them they made any possible excuse and screamed at my husband on the phone. Literally as if he was talking to a toddler that was in the wrong. They cut corners and put a faulty part in his car not knowing that he was a mechanic, so of course he discovers this at the shop he works at when the part caused MORE problems than before. They refused to take any accountability, pay for or refund any of the thousands of dollars we’ve spent since going to them, and have at this point blatantly refused to speak with us

Webb’s is awesome!!! If I trust them with my truck, anyone should! They do a great job getting me in when I need to and always have my vehicle ready to roll in short order. They are definitely my new go to for auto needs.

beware! Scam you too the max! Took my car for thinking needed starter my car had a brand new battery installed but Ford dealer in Greensburg. Webb's charged this battery said needed replaced. Vette took special type of no leak battery they bought convential.said they couldn't get right type. Charged 185 for battery 90 to install. 270 total. I paid bill and took care home. Also cost 90 to get it there would not tow bill to get it there w.pould not give me the original battery receipt so I could return if I had to said I had to bring back very shady run away from this before they get you too be warned BBB is next to contact in there is a reason this business is not bbb accredited too many complaints and rude behaiver from owner
