I have been searching for a vehicle in a particular trim-level that that Al had for reasonable price while I was searching throughout the state. I gave Al a phone call about this vehicle on a Friday afternoon and immediately flew up the following morning from the LA area to check it out along with a test drive. The transactional process took a bit of time as this was a small business but the coolest part was being able to pay for it all via credit card! Al and his wife (plus their dog) were friendly to work with throughout the purchasing process and if any taxes/fees were miscalculated on the dealer application that they use, he would write a return check for the difference (which was my case) along with shipping the new license plates. This review is shared publicly in honest fact. I purchased a car here with a trade in car and cash for a ford fiesta for my daughter. A 2016 ford with under 70k miles on it. 2 months later there is $8k worth of transmission and mechanical repairs owing on the lemon. The first incident of unprofessional behavior was noting the bubble in the front tire (which was deemed by a third party inspection) as being unsafe to drive and needed replacement; the owner denied this problem being a thing before I drove it off the lot even with photographs to prove otherwise. Can't say enough about West Auto Sales. I went in because I saw a truck posted on their website, that was super affordable, had the carfax listed, and totally caught my eye. My credit is pretty bad (large medical bill, two old predatory loans I never got off my credit history), so going in there was a chance there was nothing they could do. I do work full time and have a provable income. Al let me put $2,000 down, and then arrange to make payments to him for a few months until I pay off the balance. And he didn't even charge me some ridiculous interest. So I was able to drive off the lot in the truck I wanted within an hour of showing up. This was huge for me as my last car broke down and I need it for work. They care and they listen, and they were willing to take a chance with me.

He is tired of being in business 24 years. I arrived at 430pm to look at a car I texted him about. He said he was having lunch and contiued to remind me he was having lunch, it was not a good time to look at the car. He said I would break the seat when I moved the seat back. He refused to move the car to access the back hatch saying you have seen it before on other cars. Refused to show the CarFax even though he agreed to before I came. The OBD test failed. Got my name wrong when leaving. Said he is an old man and when I comeback the test drive is only for ten minutes. Stay away from here.

I bought a van on May 2023. One week later transmission fail. Cost of repair it $3.5 After many calls, they reimbursed $1,000.00 Today 10/06/2023 I have not received the registration car of the vehicle. I started a complaint with the DMV (Investigations department) as per the DMV recommendation. PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE BUY THE CAR THERE TO DO YOUR OWN INSPECTION!!!! DON'T BELIEVED IN THEIR INSPECTIONS REPORT...
