This tow company was dispatched by the police to tow my car after I experienced a car fire under the hood in Brentwood. The owner himself came promptly and was very friendly & efficient. He picked up my call personally & helped me out quickly each time during the next few days when I needed something (tow to the car shop, receipt, invoice, etc). I hope never to need their services again ever in my life, but if I do need a tow, I would definitely call Praveen.

These guys are the best! After one of the worst days of my life, it can only be a blessing that my car was towed here. These guys helped me step by step with everything after my accident, and I had no idea what I was doing. Probably some of the most trustworthy people in the business. Called in regards to my car being stored in they tow yard after my son had an accident in my vehicle. The first day the qentleman was very nice and caring. Once I went to see the condition of my car they became very rude. The guy over the phone told me if I bring my pink slip down and sign it over to him I could get anything I wanted from the car. I explained to him I couldn’t get it the same day or the next day because my husband had to work. Asked if I could come Thursday or Friday he stated they would be closed for the holiday they are also closed on the weekend. Called this morning to see if he would be there he told me I can’t get anything without paying the fees for my car plus the lien fees. He flat out lied to me. They say they don’t want anything in your car but that is a lie. Whe

Praveen was very responsive and very good at communication. I had to call him numerous times to coordinate a complicated situation and he answered the phone every single time. He was very patient and seemed to genuinely care about not only customers, but people in general.

Terrible terrible terrible workers. If I could give it 0 stars I would. They lieee so much and aren’t considerate at all. My family member’s car was totaled and all they want is their things out of their car and they want to charge them for it and so much other stuff. Not helpful whatsoever. Yall need to be shut down immediately!
