West Herr Nissan of Lockport Service and Parts

I just bought a previously leased car from West herr Nissan in Lockport. Everybody was great Jen Waters was great to work with she really worked with me to get what I needed and what I wanted. The financial guy was great you worked hard to get my payments into the bracket I wanted. I have no complaints Jen has been very receptive to any communication at all be a phone calls, etc. Pleasure working with her I would deal with her again thank you appreciate your work everybody

2023 Leased Nissan Rogue. It has been to their service department 3 times for the same issue - excessive exhaust smoke, and low oil. Coincidentally there’s a known engine recall for my vehicle but mine doesn’t quite fit the parameters for that recall. 1st time in they couldn’t find the issue, 2nd time in they know there’s an issue but not what’s causing it and changed the oil and flushed some things and told me to drive it another thousand miles and see if it’s resolved. 2 days later I called, sent video that it’s doing the exact same thing. Said your vehicle doesn’t seem safe to drive bring it back in. It has been with them since Dec 23rd. Very little follow up, just give run around answers. Keep extending the time frame to fix it with no updates. Up until this point I have used their ser

Great,quick service. Got in an out quickly. Vehicle was worked on when appointment time was for. Service writers were very helpful. Recommend using NISSAN Lockport for all service needs. Will definitely be back for any other service needs.

Lockport Nissan service department is outstanding. They answered all my questions. Help me out. Resetting some safety devices discovered that my sensor in the front of my vehicle is not working and will be back for more service I was very impressed with the patience that Asia shell had. She really helped me out. Extremely I will only go back to Lockport whenever I need service outstanding
