Ordered 4 tires through Walmart on line and selected “Value insulation” and paid online. 4 days ago Walmart Auto service center installed the tires minus the valve stems, but said nothing about it. Before I could unlock the car door in the parking lot. I received an email that basically states that a portion of my order is being refunded (the valve stems). That they “are not applicable to your vehicle, or they were cancelled by an associate”. If they were the solid stems with an o-ring seal, it would be believable. It the saying nothing about the change during or at checkout that grinds my gears. Now today I had to return and have them check out a tire that was leaking.
