West Point Collision Center

Words can’t even describe how much of a blessing these folks are. They did such an amazing job and had my car done very quick. A+++ service and quality work. So very thankful I found West Point collision center.

My wife and I decided to use Matt after our 2024 Volkswagen was hit in the rear with major damage. We were blown away at how perfect our car looked when we picked it up from the shop. They did a phenomenal job and restored it back to perfect condition. Not only that, but the honesty, caring, and transparency were unmatched. I would recommend Matt and his team to anyone. 5 stars all around. We were so blessed to be able to use the BEST in the business.

Terrible business model that makes the customers feel like you don’t even care for their business. Stopped by the shop and was not even acknowledged by the staff. Called and left a voicemail over a month ago asking for a quote call was never returned, took my business to another shop and was in and out in a few weeks. Would not recommend this shop if you want to feel valued as a customer at all.

Just left from there. I wish i could leave zero stars! I had already talked to someone over the phone about fixing some dings and scruffs on my truck. And the guy was very nice.I walked up and a group of men were standing outside talking to a woman. I walked into the office and no one was inside. I waited for a minute for someone to even acknowledge me. But nope, they looked right at me and preceeded with their conversation so I got in my truck and left. I can't help but to believe the fact that I'm black is the reason. Oh well. I'm glad they did not get my business.

They did an outstanding job fixing a hole on my camper. They are very honest friendly people. I highly recommend them if you need body work.
